Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, profile handle.
• Biometric-adjacent content you provide — photos of your face, reference videos, and voice recordings you upload to create AI avatars and voice clones. We only collect these when you explicitly upload them.
• Generated content — images, videos, scripts, and audio you create with the Service.
• Connected account tokens — OAuth tokens for social platforms you connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), used only to publish content you schedule.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — generations, credit consumption, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use It

We use your data solely to provide the Service: generating the content you request, publishing posts you schedule, billing your subscription, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data, your face, or your voice to anyone, and we do not use your uploads to train AI models.

3. Third-Party Processors

Generating AI content requires sending your inputs to processors acting on our behalf: AI model providers (e.g. fal.ai, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) process prompts, reference images, and voice samples to produce your content; Vercel hosts the app and stores files; Neon stores our database; Stripe processes payments; Meta receives the content you choose to publish. Each processor receives only what is necessary for its function.

4. Your Face & Voice

Uploaded likeness data (face photos, voice samples) is stored encrypted at rest, used only to generate content in your account, never shared except with the model providers needed to fulfill your generation requests, and deleted within 30 days of account deletion or on request.

5. Retention & Deletion

Generated media is retained while your account is active (rendered videos may expire sooner — expiry is shown in the app). You can delete individual items anytime. Deleting your account removes personal data, likeness uploads, voice clones, and connected account tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting us or using in-app controls. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor verified requests regardless of location.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you as required by law.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
